- 2 Bags sea salt SP tortillas
- 1 small wheel of brie
- 1 package prosciutto
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Red pepper flakes to finish
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Start with a base layer of tortillas on a bake sheet
- Shred ¾ of the brie wheel and sprinkle half on first layer of chips
- Add the rest of the chips, top with the rest of the shredded cheese
- Slice the remaining brie into thin pieces and top chips
- Lay prosciutto over chips
- Drizzle honey
- Sprinkle rosemary, chopped and red pepper flakes
- Bake until cheese is turning golden
