Tortilla Charcuterie Nachos

  • 2 Bags sea salt SP tortillas
  • 1 small wheel of brie 
  • 1 package prosciutto 
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Red pepper flakes to finish
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Start with a base layer of tortillas on a bake sheet
  3. Shred ¾ of the brie wheel and sprinkle half on first layer of chips
  4. Add the rest of the chips, top with the rest of the shredded cheese
  5. Slice the remaining brie into thin pieces and top chips
  6. Lay prosciutto over chips
  7. Drizzle honey
  8. Sprinkle rosemary, chopped and red pepper flakes
  9. Bake until cheese is turning golden
