RETURNS AND REFUNDS:  Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. Should there be an issue with your products, please reach out to our customer service team through our support widget.

Shipping Locations: We ship to all 50 United States but cannot ship to PO Boxes. Additionally, all shipments to Oregon may be subject to certain limitations imposed by law. You agree that you will not subvert or attempt to subvert any State law that applies to your order.

THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO CLASS ARBITRATION, AND, UNLESS WE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND WELLNESS NATURAL ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND.

Choice of Law / Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and Wellness Natural or its affiliates, without regard to conflict of laws rules, as if entered into by residents of Delaware and fully performed therein. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in or serving Delaware or a federal court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Delaware for any action relating to the Site or these Terms.
