Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

All of our products are made with plant-based protein and other quality ingredients that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes! Our products are gluten-free and suitable for anyone looking for a gluten-free option, whether it be because of an allergy, sensitivity, or preference. We consciously source gluten-free ingredients, including gluten-free certified oats in all our product offerings, and we validate that there is no cross-contamination by testing our finished products to ensure any incidental gluten is <20 ppm.

Are your products kosher?

SimplyProtein® plant-based products are certified kosher, however different products have different certifying bodies. We recommend that anyone following a kosher diet always look for the specific kosher symbol on our packaging.

what kind of protein do you use?

The SimplyProtein® brand is passionate about offering snacks with plant-based energy; soy is one of the few plant-based protein sources that is a complete protein, providing all 9 essential amino acids with high digestibility. The soy protein we use is Non-GMO Project Verified.

Are your products peanut/ nut-free?

Yes! Our new Dipped bars are peanut-free.

Are your products Non-GMO?

Our Crispy Bars, Dipped Bars, Baked Oat Bars, Energy Bites & Protein+ Shakes are non-GMO Project Verified. Genetically modified organisms are often used to withstand herbicide application or produce their own pest resistance, among other functions. The Non-GMO Project is a trusted third-party verification service for GMO avoidance and our ingredients and products have been rigorously reviewed to ensure they meet their high standards. Why do you use natural flavors?

Since the beginning, SimplyProtein® has been about bringing together great taste
and nutrition. We believe natural flavors are an essential way to ensure we’re delivering on both of these priorities. All of our flavors are derived from natural sources such as essential oils, spices or plant and we use these flavors to enhance the flavors coming from our ingredients to create great tasting products.

Where can I find Nutritional Information and the List of Ingredients?

Nutritional information and the list of ingredients for each product can be found on the product packaging, both on the carton and wrapper. The same information is also available on our website - please refer to the page for the product you are interested.

Please note that our website is constantly being updated with new information. If there are any discrepancies between the website and a product you have in hand, the product packaging will have the most accurate information that is reflective of the product inside.

can i eat your product past its best before date?

The most enjoyable way to eat our snacks is within the best before date, marked on the wrapper. Unlike expiry dates, which indicate the last date a food is safe to consume, best before dates are an indicator of the freshness of the product. While there isn't a health safety risk if you chose to eat our products past expiry, please note that there may be deterioration in taste, aroma, nutrients and/or mouthfeel (e.g. bar/ingredient may harden, dry out, bar may fall apart), especially in our products containing peanuts and/or nuts.

Where are your products produced?

SimplyProtein®products are made in Canada and the US with imported and domestic ingredients.

where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.

where is your company located?

Our core team is located in Toronto, Canada where the company and SimplyProtein® Bars were first created!

are your products halal?

Our products are not certified Halal. While our products do not contain any animal products, some of our natural flavors may not be suitable for a Halal diet. Please contact us through our customer service widget if you have additional questions.

Are your products dairy free?

SimplyProtein® plant-based products do not contain dairy, but the facility they are produced in does make other products containing dairy. For many of our products, we
currently have added measures to validate that the product is dairy-free, which
would be declared accordingly on the product label. For products that do not claim dairy-free and include a “may contain milk” precautionary allergen statement, we include this disclosure because unintentional cross-contamination with dairy could occur despite our strict allergen controls. 

What kind of fiber do you use?

We use inulin in our bars. It is used in our bars to increase fiber, help with binding and add sweetness without raising the sugar content.

Do your products contain sugar alcohols?

In the US, vegetable glycerin is considered a sugar alcohol. As such, you will see it indicated in the nutrional facts panel.

When will my product come back in stock?

The best way to find out if your product comes back in stock is to sign up for in-stock notifications! Sign up directly on the flavor page you're looking for.

Online Orders & Shipping

how do i track the status of my order?

Thank you for your order, we're excited for you to receive your snacks! Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification by email and/or text with tracking information.

can i change or cancel an order i've placed?

You have up to one hour to cancel your order from your order status page. After that, please contact our customer service team.

what is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25. If your order does not meet this minimum, it is $8.00.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards or direct payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

when will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of shipment.

Do you allow returns?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Do you ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses?

Unfortunatley, we do not ship to any PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses.

Please select the "subsribe and save" option when choosing your flavor! The subscription will be automatically applied to your cart.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards or direct payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How long will my subscription last?

That's up to you! We offer every 15,30, or 60 days.

What happens if my subscription product is out of stock?

We will send you a notification, and when the product comes back in stock, we will ship it out.

When will I be billed for my subscription order?

You will be billed each time your subscription order has been sent out.

How do I change my next order date?

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I cancel my subscription
