  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Toppings of choice: we love it with sliced green onion and fresh dill

Dill Crema Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream or mayo
  • 1 Tbsp pickle brine
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

These pickle nachos are made with our plant-based Protein Tortilla Chips in Fiesta Taco flavor, topped with juicy dill pickles, shredded cheese, and a creamy dill crema. Everything comes together to make an easy, no-cook, salty, tangy snack—it’s a seriously big dill.

Instructions

  1. Spread the tortilla chips out on a plate and top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, and your chosen toppings.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all dill crema ingredients until smooth.

  3. Drizzle the crema over the nachos and serve immediately. No oven required.
