These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect mix of creamy, fruity, and chocolatey goodness. Made with vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, melted dark chocolate, and a crunchy SimplyProtein® bar on top, they’re the kind of snack you’ll actually look forward to.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fruit of choice
- 1 SimplyProtein® Dark Chocolate Almond Crispy Bar
Instructions:
- Mash or dice fruit and add to Greek yogurt. Stir to combine.
- Spoon a dollop of the yogurt onto a baking sheet and continue until full.
- Place in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
- Once frozen, melt chocolate chips.
- Dip yogurt bites into melted chocolate, and immediately top with crumbled up SimplyProtein® Dark Chocolate Almond Crispy Bar.
- Freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately when removed from freezer.
