Frozen Raspberry Yogurt Clusters

These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect mix of creamy, fruity, and chocolatey goodness. Made with vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, melted dark chocolate, and a crunchy SimplyProtein® bar on top, they’re the kind of snack you’ll actually look forward to.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fruit of choice
  • 1 SimplyProtein® Dark Chocolate Almond Crispy Bar

Instructions: 

  1. Mash or dice fruit and add to Greek yogurt. Stir to combine. 
  2. Spoon a dollop of the yogurt onto a baking sheet and continue until full. 
  3. Place in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. 
  4. Once frozen, melt chocolate chips. 
  5. Dip yogurt bites into melted chocolate, and immediately top with crumbled up SimplyProtein® Dark Chocolate Almond Crispy Bar. 
  6. Freeze for an additional 20 minutes. 
  7. Enjoy immediately when removed from freezer.
