Smoothie bowls can take many shapes, forms and colours! With plenty of fruits, nuts and seeds to top your bowl with, we’ve come up with our favourite combo.
One of the best things about these delicious bowls is that you can cater them to your dietary needs or restrictions! If your dairy-free try a coconut or almond milk blend.
- 1 banana- can be frozen
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- ½ of the milk of your choice!
Combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. It’s that easy! Now time to add toppings. We love to add some tart fruits, sweetness and a crunch! For the fresh fruits, we added delicious raspberries, toasted coconut to add a little sweetness, and a SimplyProtein® Chocolate Raspberry bar!
