Do we use “cookies”?

It also does not include third party service providers who provide services to Wellness Natrual such as website hosting, IT services, marketing and promotion services, and other services. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; b) to comply with legal requirements; c) to respond to requests from government entities; d) to enforce our terms and conditions; e) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and that of you and others; and f) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.  

Collected non-personally identifiable (anonymous) visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing (including audience targeting and campaign management), advertising (including interest-based advertising), consolidated benchmark information studies or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please click the unsubscribe link contained in the emails we send you and following the instructions. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

Security
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem through the support form at www.SimplyProtein.ca (note that physical mail notification will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).

Third party links
Our Website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Website, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the website in question.

Retention Period
We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Use of Website by Minors
The Website is directed to individuals who are permitted to share their Personal Information without parental consent, and we request that other individuals (including individuals under the age of 13) not provide Personal Information through the Website.

Cross Border Transfer
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers, and by using our Website you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may provide for different data protection rules than in Canada.
