Weight Watchers
Popular with many, Weight Watchers is a widely successful multifaceted program. Weight Watchers is built upon four basic pillars which include:
- Food
- Exercise
- Behaviour
- Support
Each Weight Watchers member receives a custom made plan with allotted and consumable “points”. For example, a member may be allowed around 40 points a day. Small meals or snacks, such as a plate of vegetables, may be worth only 1-5 points. Larger meals are worth more points, but they are also more filling. Weight Watchers works as a balancing act – a cake worth 30 points may mean that you’ve got 10 points left for the day, but it won’t be as filling as several meals worth 30 points collectively.
Weight Watchers allows you to enter any food into its points system, provided you know its Protein, Fiber, Carbohydrate and Fat values. As such, you can easily determine how any packaged snack fits into your overall Weight Watchers diet. SimplyProtein snacks, due to their high protein content, are a reliably filling range of snacks.
