Simply Protein offers you just that! Each bar contains 16g of protein, 4g of fat, up to 9g of fiber, and only 16g of carbs (just over the minimum amount suggested by Angela Ginn-Meadowa – a registered dietitian and spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association).
