Pancake Topped with SimplyProtein Bar

Are you looking for a new way to add more protein to your morning routine? Our friend @ashleysieb.fit found a delicious way to combine pancakes with our SimplyProtien Bar for a protein packed breakfast that still tastes great!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Protein Pancake Recipe

Yields 1 serving | Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 egg

¼ cup of preferred pancake batter

1 scoop of preferred protein powder

1/3 cup of water

1 SimplyProtein Bar

Spray Pam or coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a griddle over medium-low heat and spray with Spray Pam or coconut oil. In a bowl, mix together the egg, pancake batter, protein powder, and water. If the batter appears too thick, add more water.

Step 2

Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. When bubbles appear, flip the pancake.

Step 3

Cook the other side of the pancake until it is golden brown. When all of the pancakes are made top them with any SimplyProtein Bar of your choice and enjoy.
